From my clinical experience, it often appears that stress is the root cause of the problem. Reflexology and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) are excellent therapies for treating stress. Being a mediation teacher, I also use relaxation techniques, which deepens the healing process.
During the initial consultation there is plenty of space for you to talk freely. I listen, assess and only then, using a holistic approach, do I create your unique treatment plan.
